Job Description
- Support existing application.
- Respond to customer & co-worker requests for assistance, via Skype & phone.
- Follow up the issues occurred.
- Report daily tasks to management.
- Suggest application improvements to developers.
- Work closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Taiwan & China.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Willing to work on shift.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Poses own transportation (for night shift).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply,experienced candidates will be remunerated accordingly.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
